Our semi-custom floor plans can easily be flipped or mirrored to accommodate your lot. The ability to detach or eliminate the garage will allow you to nestle the home perfectly on the lot to avoid unnecessarily cutting down trees or to accommodate lots with slopes. The smaller floor plans also work well for accessory dwelling units (ADU) which are a popular and lucrative venture for many Austin homeowners.
